GENERAL INFORMATION
You can use this site with or without registration. If you decide to register, you will have the following advantages:

  • fast and easy payment arrangements for the orders you have placed
  • track the status of our orders;
  • the option to maintain shopping lists with you regular orders.


Registration is easy, does not take tam and we strongly recommend you register.

REGISTRATION
Click on “Login”. In the “Login” window:

  • click on “Registration”;
  • fill in the fields of the “Registration” window;
  • when finished click on “OK”. The site will check the data and if any problem is detected, the “Registration” window will pop-up back for corrections;
  • in the next few minutes you will receive an eMail on the address, you had provided. In this eMail you will receive instructions on how to activate your registration. Please execute these instructions not later than 3 days, following the date of the eMail message. ATTENTION! If you do not complete the activation instructions within the 3-day deadline, your registration will no longer be valid and you will need to register again.


By completing the steps above, your registration is done.  Please make sure you memorize you password, along with the eMail address you had supplied - you will need them to log-in as a registered user.

LOG-IN
To log-in as a registered user (with all the advantages provided), please click on “Login”. In the Login window enter the eMail and the password with which you had registered.

SELECTING ITEMS
Browse the site and select the items you want to order. For each item, indicate the quantity you need, then click the link “In the basket”, to place your selection in the shopping basket.

REVIEW BASKET CONTENT
Click on the basket icon in the header of the site. You will see a list of the items in the basket along with their quantities and prices.

By clicking on the “remove” button, you can remove a particular item from the basket.

If you need to change the quantity of a particular item, first edit the number and then click on the “edit” button.

If you want to order additional products, simply navigate to the appropriate page and continue the selection in the same manner.

To complete the order, click on the basket icon in the header of the site. This will bring you to the list with items in the basket. Click on the link “Complete the order”, located at the bottom of this page.

COMPLETEING THE ORDER
Click on the basket icon to navigate to the page with the basket content. Once sure the basket contains all items you want to order, click on the link “Complete the order”, located at the bottom of the basket page.

  • If you are a registered user

You can log in at this point, if you have missed to do so earlier in your session.

  • If you are not a registered user

You can register at this point by clicking on the “Registration?” button. Follow the instructions to complete the registration. After you had completed the registration steps and activated you registration through the instructions, received over eMail, the site will bring you back to the page, where you can continue the completion of your order.

If you want to order without registration, click on the button “Unregistered user” and follow the instructions.

Do not forget to click on the checkbox “I accept the general conditions for the use of the site.”. This will make your order valid.

After submitting you order, you will be contacted by a member of our staff for final confirmation.

COST OF THE ORDER AND DELIVERY
The total price of your order is the sum of the prices of all items in the basket. All prices include VAT and are not subject of change from the moment, the order was placed up to the moment the payment is made.

  • Delivery in Sofia

Delivery is free of charge, if your order is for more than 40 BGN. If your order is less than 40 BGN, an additional delivery fee of 4 BGN will be added to the total price.

  • Delivery outside Sofia

You will be contacted by a member of our staff to make arrangements for the delivery details and the delivery price.

MEANS OF PAYMENT
You can pay by one of the following means:

  1. cash-on-delivery (COD): upon the delivery of the goods, you pay the due amount to the currier;
  2. credit/debit card: you can pay by Visa and Mastercard credit cards, as well as  a Visa debit card;
  3. bank transfer: you can arrange the payment with a bank transfer on our bank account. Upon delivery, you will need to pay the delivery fee to the curier ONLY, if the price of your order is less than 40 BGN.

DELIVERY TERMS

  • In case of COD/credit/debit card payment:

For Sofia, deliveries are made on the day, following the date of your order and in the hours, as given by you in your order. Delivery hours should be in the range of 11.00h up to  21.00h.

  • In case of payment by bank transfer

For Sofia, deliveries are made on the day, following the date your payment reaches our bank account and in the hours, as given by you in your order. Delivery hours should be in the range of 11.00h up to  21.00h.

For destinations outside Sofia, deliveries will be made as per the agreements you have made with the member of our staff, who will be contacting you over phone.

ATTENTION: no deliveries are made in Sundays and official holydays!

If you are a registered user, you can track the status of your current and previous orders, once you have logged in.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER
Problems with your order may occur in one of the following cases:

  1. Delay of payment in case of payment with bank transfer.
  2. Credit/debit card rejected by Customer bank.
  3. Incomplete or wrong delivery address, specified by Customer.
  4. Invalid contact phone number, supplied by Customer.

ATTENTION!!! The order needs to be confirmed over phone, following a call by a member of our staff. If you have not received such a phone call, the order will not be executed!

In case of delivery problems, due to our fault, all additional expenses on the delivery will be covered by us. In all other cases the Customer is to cover the additional expenses for the subsequent delivery of the same order.

FAQ

1.    Do prices include VAT?
All prices in the site are final and include VAT.

2.    How is my personal data safeguarded?
Your personal data – names, eMail address, phone and other personal data is safeguarded in a secure database on the servers of Citymarche Ltd. Citymarche Ltd. shall not disclose this information to third parties, following the relative personal data protection laws.

3.    How is the data, related to my credit/debit card payments safeguarded?
In order to provide highly reliable security with regard to the protection of your card payments, Citymarche Ltd. does not collect any data of such kind. All information exchange, related to sensitive card payment transactions is passed to the relative secure software, supplied by the bank.

4. Is it guaranteed, that I will not receive goods with lower weight, for those goods, that have a range for the weight, instead of a fixed value?
We guarantee, that you will not receive a weight value, less than the one, indicated as lower in our site. In most cases the actual weight is rather closer to the indicated higher value.

5. Can I cancel or modify an order?
You can cancel an order not later than 2 hours prior to the order delivery. All you need to do is call the office of Citymarche Ltd.

6.    Can I change goods, delivered from citymarche.eu?

Should you need to do so – please call our office.

7.    Does “delivery within Sofia” mean the formal limits of the city?

Yes, we mean the formally established limits of the city of Sofia. If you are not sure, that your delivery address is within those limits, please feel free to call us or contact us on office@citymarche.eu.

8.    Can delivery delays occur? If yes, within what limits? Will I be informed in such situations?

We seek to fulfill your requirement for the delivery time, as we have a well developed logistical system.

However, delivery delays may occur, due to reasons, outside our competence. Should such case occur, we will contact you immediately to work out a suitable solution.

9.    Can I be sure, that my order will be assembled and transported in a clean and safe environment?
Citymarche Ltd. is a company, licensed to trade food supplies. It is under the permanent control of the formal Government bodies (abbreviated as DVSK and RIOKOS) for compliance with the regulations and standards for clean and safe environments for food supplies. We have also our own system for the control and tracking of all products. Our delivery cars comply to all requirements for the transportation of food supplies.
